All Mapped Out

The Fourth Anthology of the Edmonton Writers’ Group

All Mapped Out is the newest collection of stories from the Edmonton Writers’ Group and showcases the writing of a group of fifteen authors from the Edmonton area. All four anthologies were created as a fund raiser for the Edmonton Public Library as a thank you for donating meeting space for our group.

As with past anthologies, we chose a central theme for this anthology – maps. The title, All Mapped Out, is deceiving. The authors have used the term “map” in a variety of creative ways to recount stories about people, relationships, and the journey we call life. You will find a variety of genres across the fifteen stories – romance, science fiction, mystery, crime fiction, historical fiction, non-fiction, as well as some that revolve around world-building. Some stories will make you laugh, some will have you sitting on the edge of your seat, and some may leave you misty-eyed. It is a beautiful collection of stories.

In the next blog post, I will be discussing my contribution to the anthology, Roadmap, and providing you with a sneak peek of the story. I will also answer the question that drove me crazy during the writing of the story, “Roadmap or road map?”

All Mapped Out comes in both paperback and e-book format. You can purchase either format here.

By the way, I also designed the cover. It was a fun process!
